Hi everyone and welcome to my blog!

This blog is going to be kept anonymous so I can be truthful about everything and not have to worry what anyone thinks about me. Therefore if any pics are posted, they will not be of people and any names mentioned will not be the actual names of those people.

I am a teenager with anxiety. I also suffer from panick attacks quite often. I used to feel I was the only one but I found out quite recently that my god sister is exactly like me but a bit older and, sadly, more popular. I don’t have many friends but to be honest with you the ones I have are the best friends ever and I couldn’t wish for better friends.

It’s quite scary for me to have started a blog because I don’t really like talking to lots of people – especially people I don’t know.

With this blog, I am hoping to meet some people who are similar to me and will be able to help me when I am struggling.

Thank you for reading (if anyone is actually reading)

Hey, I just discovered your blog, and may I say, never have I related to anyone so much before. I too am a sufferer of social anxiety *sad face*. I recently started blogging without a pseudonym, something I am seriously regretting :/, but I would love if you were willing to write a guest post on my blog đŸ™‚

      Hi Joymarita,
      Welcome to the blogging world!
I am glad you can relate to me and I undersatnd exactly what social anxiety feels like so I am always here to support you. Feel free to talk to me at any time – check out my ‘talk to me’ page for more info.
Blogging without a pseudonym isn’t too bad but sometimes it is a little better to be anonymous so that no one can recognise you!
I will take a look at your blog soon but could you possibly send me the link in another comment? Once I have this link I will hopefully write a guest post.
You will always have a friend in me,
      love always,

    Hi Steph,
thanks for your wonderful comment. It has made me feel a lot more comfortable when blogging to know that someone like you is out there hopefully reading my blog and relating to it.
I agree that the internet can be very scary and I am glad someone else feels the same. It makes me feel a lot less lonely. Thanks for the congrats. This is probably the most nerve wracking thing I have done so far.
It’s great to know I have a friend in you and I will go and look at your blog soon probably!
Finally, yes the signing off is from Zoe Sugg’s book, Girl Online and yes reading that did inspire me to do so too. I relate to the girl in that book a lot.
    Thanks again

    Hey there!

I could relate to this post, very much! I too blog under a pseudonym of ‘Steph’. The internet can be a scary place, and if my identity was ever compromised, I feel that I wouldn’t be able to write openly, in fear of judgement.

Congrats on taking your first step to over coming your anxieties (by starting this blog). If you do something small, daily, that challenges you, you are bound to take leaps and grow as a person.

If you ever need a friend in the blogging world, you have one in me.

P.S. I think your signing off signature is from Zoe Sugg’s book, Girl Online? Is the book what inspired you to start this blog?
